I ordered some new springs from "Sprit" and since I will be taking all the switches apart to change the springs anyway I tought I should lube them aswell, but what lube should I use? Would regular silicon lube work fine?

Use one of the lube kits you can get at Techkeys or Originative, they contain Krytox which is a very good lube.
