Single-Handed Ergonomic Keyboard...what type is it?

Came across this randomly, and was intrigued.  Anyone have any ideas what this is (or what is going on in this video)?

This video got so far up my nose I had to make my own showing how to use a Maltron single hander properly.

Since I don't use a single hander under normal circumstances I'm nowhere near as fast as I am on the two-hander, but I feel better having got that off my chest.

The video in he OP, I don't know what's up with that guy: He looks like he's being stabbed off camera and is taking it out on the poor keyboard. I like you video better.
