Thanks Bunny for the update.

Hmmm... Little scared that this, hyper and JT gets shipped around the same time. Lots of explaining to the Mrs. If that doesn't work, go with plan B -> shoes or bag.  ;D

happy 7000 posts, it's such a behemoth of a number :)

----------

I was supposed to sleep 10+ hours today but waked up at 5 hours with the urge to get some custom R3 bottom row keys for optimal thumb keypresses with Retro SA, I was intending to let go off my Retro SA set, yet it seems my sub conscious really really wants the set for some Retro/SA goodness

I'm really torn, practically speaking, through experience I know that Cherry profile is my optimal profile for typing and anything else just hinders my ability to type, yet I can't seem to stop wanting these keys

Do we know if there will be any chance of extra space bars? I only ordered an extra set of the small spaces and now I'm thinking I may need an extra 6.25. At one point I thought it was mentioned that SP was going to be producing extra spaces and blanks to go along with group buys, but I haven't seen that recently.

They said they would make blanks available with all the keysets they produce with the impression that it will also include public but external GB's like Retro SA, however I wouldn't hold my breath, they don't even have blanks for Dolch/Eve etc.

Oh sad.

Are you sure this isn't just the usual UPS ding-dong-ditch behavior? ;)

Last week I was supposed to receive a UPS package "between 1:45pm and 3:45pm". It showed up at 8:30pm.

There's a reason I always ship FedEx or USPS. :D

On the bright side I ordered limited edition stickers for all retro orders and they'll be ready in the morning.

I also have all the packing supplies ready, I'm planning out a very fast turnaround for this group buy.

Thank you Cody for tossing in the sticker I am super excited to finally get these caps. It's my first gb and the anticipation may have given me an ulcer. It's probably all the red bull but still I have a sneaking suspicion the anticipation dwarves started it -_- sneaky bastards.

This is great!

Cody, you rock! (and Matt3o and the rest of the Ctrl|Alt team of course!)

Superb effort in the light of SP's logistic error with the plastic and their heavy schedule for SA caps (all SA sets are seeing delays).

Buying more keycaps,
it really hacks my wallet,
but I must have them.

Four retro sets, or four SA sets? Cause both seem perfectly logical considering the market for sets here and on r/mechmarket

Lol... 4 SA. Retro, Modern Selectric, Jukebox, and Carbon. Did I miss any other SA sets that popped up in the meantime?

Although... part of me wishes I could have invested more in each set for resale. Stupid me resold my Granite set at cost and it was snatched up in five minutes. Should have marked it up.

its all sorted other than the blanks for some reason, not sure why sp chose not to sort those, but itll be super quick to have this buy knocked out

im going for dinner and cody is going for lunch as he has been waiting in the office since 8 waiting for these to be dropped off

he is then picking up the special stickers we had made just for this buy and we shall hopefully get some more pics to people
