So it's drizzling and windy out here, but a little warmer than normal. Not too bad for November I don't think.
What's the weather like where you are at? Do you like the current weather at your location?
Yeah, not too bad here.
High of 74F today. Sunny.

Sometimes I really miss San Diego, like seeing the cam. I lived on Bankers Hill, my condo overlooked the SD bay. Pretty pimp.
Now near here, 73 degrees and a few wispy high clouds (live web cam bottom of page):

Coldwave? 14 is quite cool - borderline uncomfortable if you're outside and not actually doing anything.

YOU'RE A BEAR. OH MAN.
Today's weather: it pretty much reached the forecast top of 43 degrees, with a low of 28 coming up overnight tonight.
Currently it is about 36 degrees outside, and 35 degrees where I am inside.
We have one air-conditioner in the lounge room. I am not in the lounge room.
The next few days: 41 degrees Wednesday, 41 Thursday, 42 Friday.
There are all degrees C. Convert it to another scale as you wish, I don't want to, it is too depressing.

You're getting the heatwave we've just had, parts of the Pilbara hit 55 Celsius and Perth was the hottest city in the world last week!
-50?
55C?
All this sounds awful.

Floods?
Droughts?
This does indeed sound awful.
It was 44 today, and there was a lot of lightning yesterday night. What's going on?
The biggest problem is no cool change overnight. There is supposed to be one Friday night, but we've got tonight, Thursday, Thursday night and all of Friday to suffer through yet.
Growing up in Adelaide everyone said Melbourne is always cold and wet. So I move over here and there is a decade of drought and water restrictions, and now these silly temperatures.
About 32 degrees outside where I am, but still 35 indoors.

37 inside and 37 outside atm, around the time I open the windows as it doesn't make much difference.
29 forecast for overnight, then one more day of 44 then the cool change hits!

Oh Rowdy, sometimes we enjoy 55C / 131F where I work. Sometimes it gets so hot my pair of thongs just melt under my feet. Needless to say we all wear our work boots everywhere here - even in the bathroom (concrete floor).
The glory of living in pure HELL ;D . I think I'm ready when my time comes.........
But no, my other half has lived here all her life, and she says it did used to be cold and wet. Like maximum 30 degrees in the hottest summer, and raining all winter, which would suit me fine.i used to think that "cold and wet climate" is about reykjavik or something...
This is cold and wet Melbourne, that's just come out of a 10 year drought, and had like 34 degrees today (still 33 degrees at 8pm) and got 39 tomorrow and again on Sunday.

Frickin foot of snow.. Had a hell of a time plowing the driveway but got it done. Roads aren't plowed yet but my truck made it through fine. The civic didn't budge though.
Here in Florida I pulled out with some heavy rain and that's about it...

7C this morning, light mist of rain in the city.O_o
Hottest day this year: 30,5C in the air, probably a lot warmer in the sun.
It's really hot here right now. Hot and humid.
I know this because literally every person I saw today told me that it was "****ing hot".

Well that would also be everyone, so I have to say yes.
To be fair though, it gets really ****ing cold here. Just ask dustin.

Melbourne gets down to just under 0C overnight in winter, and occasionally reaches 40C in summer (with the highest I have experienced being 46C).
Just want those sweat-dripping down your face days to come back. I miss them already, hate winter always have, always will.
That's just gross - why would you want that? I never understand people who enjoy sweating. :p
Yuck. I get uncomfortable when it gets higher than like 25... and I'm not even a big fat person. Perpetually wishing I could afford to move somewhere like San Francisco or Lisbon where it's nearly always nice.

the climate of the east part of the states is harsh. a giant plain prone to both cold winds from the arctic and warm (bringing high humidity) winds from the caribbean. and tornadoes and stuff.

The plains are largely in the midwest. The eastern US is known (at least in my mind) as being fairly mountainous.

Exactly. Great plains are in the western midwest and eastern west. :P
Today was one of those days where lunch time comes around and its still only 11 or so degrees.

Pretty nice day.
This humidity is ****ing miserable...
Weather in NJ has been odd recently..
Rowdy and I must live in the same town
That's uncanny that we have similarly absurd weather then!
Today is 29°C, although it was only forecast to be 27°C.
Tomorrow is forecast to be 14°C.
Yay for Melbourne weather.

i remember +38 with 100% humidity very well (it was in 2010).
and it happened after winter in which the temperature was -25 on average. again, with humidity close to 100%.
wow, Salisbury North looks like Russia, but the roads thereexistare different.
it was -10 yesterday, but i've seen a guy wearing light sports shorts.
rowdy, did your wife wear sunglasses?
2 hour drive home from snow is always nice...
Should I take tomorrow off? sigh.
Long distance (1 hour), traffic (rush hour) and snow storm lol. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, actually2 hour drive home from snow is always nice...

:( Is it so long due to distance or traffic (and the snow making it bad of course)?

Ahh, poo. 2 hours is bad regardless, but even a 1 hour commute in good weather is bad! :O
WI is snowy right now! Where I'm at (Eastern) got a bit of snow today (just a few inches, not too much), so driving was fun. My commute is not long at all, but I did a lot of fish-tailing. ^.^ IMO, the biggest downside of winter is hearing everyone complain about it (yeah yeah, kinda hypocritical :P ).
Here is a potato of my driveway:Show Image(http://i.imgur.com/VITQbjT.jpg)
YAY FOR CANADA IN THE NORTH!! That's about -51 F for all you not on the correct system.
Damn. Besides sometimes forgetting that it is winter down in Oz, I never think of it as a cold place, even then.
Here in Atlanta (aka Hotlanta), Georgia, it has been a sweltering 95F/35C (high) and getting down to 75F/25C at night, for a couple of weeks now.
Fortunately my neighborhood has a swimming pool. That makes for a very refreshing break.

A few of my coworkers are in Atlanta for work for a couple weeks. I do not envy that trip at this time of the year! Hang in there, that sounds miserably hot.

It's around 60-65F and its supposed to rain everyday for the next week.
I am not a fan of this nice weather.
More clouds and rain my way please and thanks
Forget today's weather...tomorrow it's gonna be in 70 here. I can't wait! Flip flops all day! T-shirts! Shorts!
First warm day of the season is the best day of the year.
