Sexy. I think those are the switches I'll put in my eventual custom. They are so pretty.

Waiting on ergoclears from GON.
Already desoldered the old switches.  Super psyched :)

Of course, once that's done I'll probably decide I should try some other weird switch.

You're lucky you don't live in Australia then - 2 to 3 weeks for anything!

Please take some pics showing this bolt modding and manufacture of smaller Model-M's.  Very interested in perhaps following your method if it's easy to do (yes, I'm no smarter than an average dog when it comes to keyboard modifications)  8) .

But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

IMSTO Dyesub GB caps from Ragnarock
Natus Vincere player jersey 2013
2x random T-shirts from Thinkgeek

Seems like someone is spending alot of money XD

The first two are stuff I'm still waiting on. The last two are recent purchases lol.

Also, forgot to add White PLU87 keyboard from Binge to that list and my 2x random shirts from Thinkgeek.

For the longest time most of my money was tied up because it was going to my Pax Prime trip. Feels good to finally be able to splurge again. I plan to be buying a League of Legends world championship Riot track jacket this week too :)

I welcome you to the 55g master race.

I was originally going to get the Variable weights for my work because I wanted something easier to type on, but originally, I wanted the 55g because I heard it was pop-ier and springier, which might make it easier to type accurately as it helps my fingers lift off. Also got a decent price on it.

Do you think it's harder to type on the 55g vs 45g??? And for long periods of time compared to the 45g (4-5 hours straight)?

4-5 hrs? Maybe. But then again, I'd get tired with any keyboard if I were to type for that long.

55g is actually not that heavy. You'll love it. Its my favorite switch/weight for typing.

You guys..  ;)

Alright so to add to my excitement / suffering, I'm about to order a Steelseries QCK+ XXL or QCK Heavy XXL mouspad, haven't decided which yet.

Heh, I've almost ordered CM Storm RX-Speed Large and Small today or yesterday, hoping it would be better (smoother, softer, easier to clean) than my current QcK+ & QcK mini.

Ended up waffling over those, then decided they were too small, then settled on a XTRAC PADS Ripper XXL... and ended up buying a Razer Goliathus Extended. We'll see what I think when it shows up, but it was the best fit for my desk setup. :p
