I realized by now that Blues are probably what I'm going to stick with, besides perhaps Clears when I get a chance to try them out, so I got them with Blues. Click life!

I recently purchased a Ducky YYY TKL MX Red Engraved PBT, it should arrive tomorrow. It's my second mechanical keyboard, got a QPAD MK-50 now, I'm really looking forward to it. I'm going to try to wait until Christmas eve to open it (although that might be hard), so it's sort of like a christmas present to myself :)

Personally I prefer the non type s, simply because I like the sound of it. I do not want to dampen it. If anything I wouldn't mind if it was a bit louder.

That sounds awesome! I'd love those reds for my Leo...just to justify 100 bucks for thin PBTs though...although very tempting :(
I just bought a filco with blues, which I'm planning to mod to (lubed) ergo clears. Eventually I'll get some thick PBT bad boys to stick on there as well :P

Damn that thing is expensive--you should enjoy QHD though! I have a cheapo korean monitor (uses the same panel as $1000 dollar apple cinema display, but it's sold for $350) and I'm loving the resolution :D

I've been looking at those 2560x1440 displays and they are nice but I prefer the 16:10 ratio. The extra 3 inches will be very nice at that high of a resolution as well. I'm just hoping this monitor will last me long enough for the price to come down on the larger 4x Monitors.

I like the shade of green on the Ducky Shine (mine also from PCCG).

It's a nice deep green :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Steel Brobot V2 hasn't gotten here yet.. was supposed to be here 2 days ago... and starting tomorrow, I'll be out of town for a week...

Having the worst mail luck the past month and a half. First a CC never gets to me and stayed in transit for nearly a month before going back, tracking doesn't work for another package, and now this Brobot isn't coming... screw you, USPS.

Why the 7G and BW?

BW was £40, and Steelseries set was £60, Already got a buyer for headset at 30 as im doing friends rate :P, Then going to clean up everything else and sell it all, can get £10 each for the mousepads, Kana probably £20 and keyboard I'm comfortable aiming for £60, Will take in around £130 meaning £30 profit + the BW, leaves the BW to be ripped apart and dismantled. Will probably use the Cherry MX Blues for a custom.
