I have some stuff from elitekeyboards and a bunch of TWEWY pins (If you know what these are, I love you) in the mail.
I remember I was obsessed with getting pins for each of the TWEWY pins. I couldn't find anything that was of decent quality though D:

http://www.levelupstudios.com/featured-products/buttons

They don't have all of them, but I found all the psychs I use within sets 1, 2, and 4. :p
oh my god, i need to play this game again. i recognize all these pins but can't remember what moves they represented :x
Yeah, I'm thinking of getting the iPad version so I can replay it without deleting my original save file.
It's been years, and yet I'm still obsessing over it...

Men swear?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Nice, be sure to share a pic when you get it all put together.  I like the WASD blue keycaps color and almost ordered my keyboard in all blue.

I already posted this in the newcomers thread, but I just ordered my first mech keyboard from WASD.   I tried to go for a subtle Vader-theme.  Hopefully it ships soon. :)

I have a charcoal grey Poker 2 with PBTs and red switches on order from pexon (http://www.pexonpcs.bigcartel.com/) . Can't wait to get my hands on it :D :D. I've been without a mechanical keyboard for 6 months now due to having to sell my old filco, and i must admit it's been a rough period in my life. Sometimes I even considered ending it all and using an on screen keyboard. I've managed to struggle through with my G110 but something fundamental has felt missing from my existence. Soon I will feel complete again! It's due to arrive on tuesday :)

Also a Techkeys.us business card.

My NES finally shipped!

Top load or front load??

The top load ones are actually worth more from what I hear.  This is for a couple reasons.

1.  They actually work.
2.  The productions numbers were so much lower and are just that more rare.

You mean gold contacts instead of copper? If that's the case then it's actually a pretty useful mod. I performed it on three NESs and two are still going strong.

Time to do some proper Alps switch comparison..

Already have Apple keyboards w/ orange, cream complicated Alps, just got a Chicony w/ “Monterey” blue alps-mount SMKs, and a bag of Matias quietclick switches.

In the mail, from ebay, combined ~$116 shipped:

1) IBM 5140 “laptop”. Hopefully brown Alps & green half-width Alps
2) Texas Instruments keyboard from a 924. Hopefully green Alps
3) MTek K104. Either complicated white Alps or white alps-mount SMKs.
4) Leading Edge DC2014. Hopefully complicated blue Alps.

We’ll see how they turn out when they arrive. I figure anything I don’t end up liking, I can clean up and probably re-sell for at least the same I paid.

Sold the HHKB. Then the Realforce popped up on Classifieds and it was only $135 shipped so I couldn't resist.

I think they're still sold in Japan from what I've read on the DT wiki. The one I bought is apparently made in 2008 though.

It's variable weight too, so that should be interesting.
