I work faster with a small flathead screwdriver. Switch tools are overrated, or at least all the ones I've tired were.

It's for massaging your large muscles. Movements like rolling a tennis ball on your muscles (back, leg, etc.) are actually one of the only things recommended by my massage therapist for pain and muscle relief (besides stretching). This looks like it's taking it to the next level :P

Hadn't been back here! Yes, it is for massaging muscles, it's pretty strong though so you can use it for myofascial releass as well, I wrecked my leg with it yesterday.
