The transparent housing, their ability to accept the 4 pin RGB LEDs, and Korean-style spring weighting are objective advantages. Aesthetic too, sure. I mainly went for the linears because of the clear stem and transparent housing as I want the RGB of the Octagon to glow through the switches, including the stems!

Originally, I WAS considering tactile Zealios, but the aforementioned qualities beckoned me. It'd be an easy installation, by-passing the tedious modding I'm used to, and if I decide on tactility over linear, then I'll swap in some vintage clear stems. I just hope the linear Zealios also have the improved contact leaves that allow for tactiles to play nice with them.

Personally, nah. I don't think it will, but it's just a perk to Zealio's design. Since I plan on using holtite sockets in the Octagon, I could always swap them out later or something!
