my Geekhack username is different than most of my others so I guess I can say, she wanted one of these things called a charmed aroma candle, its some sort of like gambling candle where theres some chance of there being an expensive ring in the wax or something?  don't get it but she wanted it so gotta please here  :p

I have a Cooler Master Mech (that really really big keyboard they made with the handle) In the mail. It's my dream modern mechanical, but what I didn't realize is that the listing was for a PAN NORDIC LAYOUT!!!! I'm mildly upset. The description only stated it was a Nordic layout in very very small letters. So I messaged the seller asking if he could cancel the order. Hopefully he says yes   :confused:

It should be in the mail soon, but last week I joined the planck drop on Massdrop. I ordered it with matias quiet linears, white DSA keycaps and a purple base. Super excited!!! Hoping I like the quiet linears.

Well I am pretty sure they use lasers to cut out the plates (or something called burning. that's what we call it at work) and that's usually not a super accurate way of manufacturing plates. You would get alot cleaner and better plates using a CNC mill, but it's also more expensive. And tbh seeing how the bottom is milled aluminium I think what you get for the price is a good deal and I can live with a plate not being "perfect" so still excited.  :thumb:

Got tracking number for my HHKB Pro 2! Can't wait. Checking the tracking info every 5min but nothing changes, so anxious!

Hopefully will get my extended mouse pad, a Halloween Edition HKP from romevi AND HHKB this week. That would be killer!
