January and February GH keys :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

So I bought a pok3r with blues switches AND the WASD 6 switch sample set that's in the mail.
If I like the greens I'll return the blue pok3r and buy the green version from MK.com
(I also bought green and brown CSStorm TKL last week) and also installed VIM commands on my atom editor to get prepared for the 60% layout
.... it's the beginning of an addiction I'm not sure how I got to this point in such a little time. Although I'm looking for an endgame so I hope this madness will stop soon....

what happened with your current one?

well I bought it lightly used from a friend and the 2 year extended warranty expires in september so I thought I might as well just exchange for a new or refurbed one.

My excuse is that there's a bit of yellow screen burn off to one of the sides. upon googling it's a common problem sigh~

Might as well take advantage of that warranty for as long as you can. I had a Razer Deathadder that died, got it replaced within the 2-year warranty period, got another that died and got ANOTHER one within the NEW 2-year warranty. I just sold the newest of the Deathadders (trying to move to the ergonomic route now, but this cheap ergo mouse doesn't do quick enough movements for gaming sigh)

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo for my tiny Linux rig, cpu running pretty damn hot even at idle with stock cooler (I think one of the legs isn't able to latch on on the back side of the motherboard so it's not secure.
And some Noctua NT-H1 cooling paste.

Finally got an update on the helmet I ordered beginning of august. It's in my country after 20 days. What do I do now when they already sent out a replacement one for this awfully slow first order? Do/Can I keep the second one also when it arrives or I have to send one back?

Maybe someone knows what to do in this type of situation?

RealForce 87U 45g arriving today

By next week I also have the following arriving
Yellow PBT keycaps from eBay
Leopold fc750r (white w/ Reds)
Filco Majestouch 2 TKL (Reds)

Could have probably done without the Filco considering I already have a WASD v2 with Reds. But I wanted to give them another shot. I've owned a Filco before and a bunch of the keys started to not register correctly after about 6 months. For a few days I thought I was just making input errors. Not the case (usually)

Well, if they don't know about it they can't do anything about it ;). But the right thing to do would be asking them, they probably will tell you to send the one that arrives later back.

Yeap, that's what I thought. Asking them would be right way but at the same time - I could gift it to my girlfriend. But the seller was so helpful and it would be a douche move not send it back. OK, will worry about it when the second one arrives.

I need to find more places to vent, I guess I can get annoying when I am annoyed, but still.
Still waiting on my TK78... USPS tracking says "acceptance" since the 9th and I get impatient quickly... not a good combo, especially when their e-mail support is down.

On another note I should receive a few NOS Aristotles soon, followed by an EnjoyPBT Hangul Purple set from Keyclack and then probably HKP Bloodplatter WASD for Topre

I e-mailed them, they had a note on their website saying they'd be willing to do custom orders for special circumstances.

I already had every other creature GloyZ makes, so that may have tilted things towards accepting the commission. I have no idea how readily they'd make another custom for someone else considering they're now moving more towards making (gorgeous) clay sticks on Etsy.

But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Waiting on 150 key sets from GMK.  Sorta stuck from doing much else at the moment. Liquidation to come shortly.
