Paiste :)
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

yep paiste :) i don't think particularly poorly of other cymbal makers (and have had a handful of zildjians in the past including new beat hats, which i LOVE for loud music) but there's just something about paiste 2002/GB and especially the old Sound Formula cymbals to me. also i just can't afford to play full-on K because i hit really really hard in most bands i'm in, and a giant beat ride alone is 425ish... add another hundred bucks to pretty much every cymbal if I was playing Ks.  if i had a bop kit i'd try to outfit it with mostly Ks for playing quiet.

Took me forever to locate a TKL front facing white ninja with blues.

It is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow 'by end of day'...
I hope so because if it arrives in the dark of night there won't be anyone to sign for it.

just ordered a PS3 with assassins creed 3, skate 3, MvC3 and GTAIV. tried to buy a 360 from gamestop and... well, they suck, so i decided to go with amazon and sony has better bundles than microsoft so i went that way instead.

holidaySHRIMP- enjoy, i have a similarly spec'd MBA with an i7 and 512 SSD instead... i think an i5 is still more than powerful enough.

AppleTV
AirPort Express

Wow beautiful hardware and functionality.  Streaming audio to my stereo plugged into the AirportExpress.  No need for a BT speaker that I was shopping for before! AppleTV helped me get rid of the old VAIO I used to use for NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and now I don't have to get up thanks to mirroring from the MBA.  Can't wait to boot camp Windows 8 for work on the laptop!  I can only stand OSX for browsing and watching videos.  =)

Waiting for my QFR with MX blues to come (first mechanical). I will be buying my second mechanical soon after for my main rig. Leaning toward the Ducky Shine 3 or Ducky Zero Shine (both blue led with blue MX). Runner up in case I can't get one of them in stock (NCIX has the Zero Shine though) is the Corsair Vengeance K70 with MX blues.

That's going to be a definite shock though.....unless the blacks you were using were more of a vintage flavor.
