Looks like they scraped all the pad printed legends off the keycaps maybe? And judging from the colorful diagram, a bunch of the springs were swapped out, or possibly the click leaves modified a bit. Hard to tell exactly.
I think this is the first TKL board I’ve seen with a bigass enter, in case someone has been wishing for one.
