Welcome to the IC for GMK Flare!

Using nothing but RAL 2005 (Luminous Orange) and CR Black, this one base kit set was designed to make any set look dull in comparison and be seen across any room it is placed in.
I first saw RAL 2005 on a Lotus Elise Cup 250 Final Edition, aptly nicknamed 'Firefly' by it's owner and have been obsessed over this color.
As a result, this set appeases my obsession over this fluorescent orange that will shift from a bright orange to a red glow under sunlight.
Is this bright? Yes.

Black legends are much more visible than white on such a bright base color. I initially thought about metallic silver legends but they were going to be really hard to see.

Due to the nature of fluorescent/neon colors, I will not be offering child kits for GMK Flare. Last thing I want are the child kits being improperly stored and turning out to be a different shade to the base kit when you purchase them from any of the vendors.

RAL 2005 will probably bleach and the vibrancy will dull over time. This is the same with any other fluorescent and neon color product whether it is neon lights, paint, or clothes.

The science behind fluorescent and neon colors getting so bright is that they absorb the light's energy and it becomes energetically unstable. UV light from direct sunlight will accelerate the degradation of the color and patina the keycaps. Even visible light will degrade the color but to a much lesser extent to UV light.

So if you see the keycaps in several years, it may well look different but it is the property of this RAL 2005 color.

No. Long answer, I will not be using Neue legends as the majority of people want this with Cherry legends and so do I.
