C³ Equalz LDN RGB PCB R2(adding 60%)
« on: Wed, 15 May 2019, 01:19:08 »
Hello Geekhackers,

Long time no see.

We plan to bring our LDN series RGB PCB again. And this time we are adding a 60%.

LDN has been working on this since our last buy and have made some updates.

1,A new software that have better interface and more function this time.

2, More brightness LED for the PCB and now it's more shinning than ever.

3, More reliable. The most important thing about a PCB is how long will it last,we do care about this and will provide a warranty for our PCBs

4,We have made some size change for the A87's spacebar stabs. It will fits for keyboards.

Here's some pics for the 60%:
219402-0
219404-1

Price: 50 USD+shipping

We plan to run it on TKC and proxy around the globe so it would save some shipping and have better experience.

Stay tuned

Interested as long as they're not prone to fail. I heard Nathan Kim's TKL PCB failed not long ago.

What kind of programming do these use? Can we get QMK or Bootmapper?

I understand your concerns, sir. Our PCB is all developed by us,so not QMK or Bootmapper. We have our own software to control it. We certainly not trying to make them fail.  R1's PCB may suddenly died for some reason. We took our time and find out the answer for it.But still it may die for another reason. That's also why we will have a warranty for our PCB. If you ask around, R1 buyer who happen to have a problem,i've repair, replace or refund them. I can assure you that we do care about our customers. And i have using the new version TKL PCB for about 3 months everyday and it didn't have a problem.

mini-usb port for now. We have type-C designed but we are using type-c just for our own keyboards since mini port have the most compatible for now.

Why not QMK? Custom firmware comes with its own problems. Are you at least planning to open-source it?

Maybe, but if it comes in either TKL or 75%, it would be a must buy for me.

Been looking for this board a while.

Has anyone figured out how to program the 87 a/b PCB? I cannot get the v1 software to do function layers at all no matter what I have tried. v2 software is a super no go for me because I cannot even connect my keyboard to the tool. English directions or video tutorials are badly needed for these PCB's. The PCB's look to have so much potential but not being able to program them or even use the tools is a huge bummer and I regret buying the previous boards since I cannot do anything with them. i was hoping these new boards would be different but I guess not.

V2 version software can not use for V1 PCBs. We have developed the V2 version of software to use for all future PCBs,It's quite different than V1 software. So it can not connect to the software
For the V1 can't do function layers, what's your problem?

Is the OP too slow or what?

There are lots of reliable PCB out there, and the trend is no longer (just) RGB, and about reliability, e.g. shock and surge current protection, etc.
To sell in the international community the PCB at least have to be using QMK or TMK these open-source Standard that almost everyone use, unless you sell it with some premium cases like the Korean makers.
I am not sure about my liking of USB-C but it seems USB-mini is phasing out too.

China is a bigger market, but if the product is intended for GH there are certain ways one has to follow.
