Welcome to the GMK Red Lantern Interest Check!
It's Phil/Relapse on MechGroupBuys/YouTube.
This was a set I've had in the works for a long while now and I've slowly made progress to the point where I was comfortable posting this IC.
Please take the time to read through the IC and fill out the form at the bottom! I appreciate any responses!
I'm looking for community feedback on where to take the set in terms of novelties, and some additional offerings.
Background:
This set was inspired by a Chinese Red Lantern. Specifically this photo:

Novelties & Other Kitting:
Novelties are being planned for this set and is currently pending direction of IC.
I was planning on offering Latin Alphas as an alternate alphas kit. Please fill out the IC if you were interested in having them added.
Take a look at the IC to see what ideas are being considered and feel free to suggest your own!
Board Renders:
Keep in mind that board renders are not 100% accurate and could cause slight color variations due to differences in lighting in the render environment.

Have you considered a more golden tone for the yellow?
Yes, I've been flopping back and forth between this shade of yellow vs a darker one. I didn't want too deep a gold as it would make the set quite dark overall - playing around with different shades of yellow/gold to see what would be a good balance.
Got a RAL or Pantone for the burgundy and yellow? Would P3 or RO2 fit for the sublegends?
For the base color: RAL3005
For the sublegends, I was thinking of P3.
For the legends, either N6 or a custom RAL (in talks to see what would be more feasible for the set).
Could also consider RAL 3020 for subs! P3 is a bit brighter (which might be good). I think 3020 is more accurate to your renders. This is the red in GMK Panels, and Bachoo has used it on his legends on Ishtar (I believe that's where he used it). This is Bachoo's pic:

Thanks for providing that! Still deciding, I wanted the sublegends to be subtle and not super "in your face" pop out red that it directs all the attention to it when you glance at the set. Just enough that it stands out, but not enough that it takes over the whole set if that makes sense. Another issue with making the set appear too dark overall if my legends and sublegends were more of a darker tone, finding that balance that I like has been a mission.
I think its very hard to read the sublegends and i dont like the colors but thats just me. glwic
Yeah I think the renders were hard to do it justice. From the above response - I wanted more of a subtle red that sticks out, but not pop out in a sense. And no worries! Can't please them all, thanks for taking a look though!
