I am working on getting communication straightened out with GMK. My contact wont be back from vacation until Monday though. I will update the thread as I get more communication.

The more I think about it the more I love the icon mods. I think it will add a nice and clean aesthetic. I think I am going to go with them.

I like Text modifiers.  The thing is I use a lot of OG boards, so seeing icons on ANSI just doesn't make sense to me, but I'll buy this set whatever it ends up like.

P3 will definitely look nice I think. Keep it up! I am super excited about this set. Makes me want to see something similar set done with purple.

I like it, like the GMK terminal with the simple dark base with bold font colours is really sharp. Wouldn't mind if you sneaked in a saber novelty there though ;D

Not really into red and black, but as a fan of survival games, those novelty mods are the coolest I've seen in any set. Very nice and good luck making this happen!

One is I don't find the graphics attractive and two is R4 1.25u only, which is very prohibitive given that other sets have R1 1u novelty caps and I just stick them to F-row and the nav cluster. Other than that, love the base set and accent kit. The renders are to die for, just look at the red under glow and the set just gives off that evil, sinister chill  :))

Looks good. And it would look pretty good on my Orion.


I think I know why the renders looked like SkiData though. I have a Red on Black Cherry logo novelty key and in certain light it almost looks orange.

I'm not saying that R4 1.25u is bad for novelties. It is simply my personal preference to also have R1 1u novelty caps. Like GMK Yuri that's running on MD or the upcoming GMK Laser by MiTo. Both sets have R1 1u AND R4 1.25u novelties.

If I was going to use a keyset with a backlit keyboard I would want transparent/translucent alphas so that my legends match the backlight (as depicted in some of the OP renders).  It would also be nice in case I ever decided to use the same set with another color scheme.

Personally, I don't like backlighting so I'm all for the proposed colors.
