This looks amazing. 80% isn't normally my bag, but I really want to build one of these.

I never thought someone could make a rectangle so interesting.
Another great board!
Every time I say I'm done with the hobby, something new and interesting comes up.
Any details on the chamfer angle? I'm always looking for something as rounded as the corsa
Its the edge of the top piece that faces the user when typing. The difference in the chamfer can be seen distinctly between my old corsa and the jane v1.
I just got my tx108 and it has a similar chamfer to the corsa and its just one of the small details that I really enjoy about certain boards so I was just curious.

Ahh gotcha -- When it's rounded like that it's usually called a fillet in CAD-world, and when it's a sharp angle it's a chamfer. The fillets are 2mm around the top of the No. 2.
best keyboard 2019 calling it now

Wow every new board of yours introduces me to a new concept
Really cool design for that screwless bottom!

On the base plate is the a specific reason for the circled holes?

They were a recommendation from the factory to improve holding during anodizing.

I'm going to be that guy and ask - since you designed the board with classic dyesub sets in mind, will ISO be offered as well?
I pretty much exclusively use Cherry ISO dyesubs nowadays :))
oh so you watched the video? :rolleyes:I'm going to be that guy and ask - since you designed the board with classic dyesub sets in mind, will ISO be offered as well?

if you watch the video he says no
i don't think the WT80 supports ISO in the first place anyway
Sometimes these questions are a form of making a suggestion as well.oh so you watched the video? :rolleyes:I'm going to be that guy and ask - since you designed the board with classic dyesub sets in mind, will ISO be offered as well?

As for universal plates like the ones included with the original No. 1, I've moved away from those and standard plates will only include ANSI. At the moment there is not a compatible PCB with ISO support, but if one came along, I'd likely release fixed layout ISO plates as an option.Gotcha, thanks :thumb:
