Title: Problem with Acer switches.

Hello.
I bought my first keyboard with switches, Acer 6311.
Unfortunately, some switches in place of the keys that are used most often do not have a click, or have, but it is very creaky, except that I press the keys very slowly. Are these switches broken? Or can I do something to fix it?
