Title: Is there any video or learning material about ergonomic touch typing?

Hi there. I learned Dvorak from typingclub last week. Now, I can touch type and I am satisfied with my typing speed(currently around 45 wpm). But typing clubdoes not provide information about proper finger, hand, wrist movement, it is just showing the end position of the finger and I have strange pain on my wrist because probably I am moving my hands, fingers or wrists in a wrong way.

I am open for any learning material or advice about touch typing ergonomics.
