These may be just a little too geeky to fit into any decor, but I do dig the idea of modular furniture. Creating something new when you tire of it or need something different; and no special tools required, that's smart.
Notice that there are no other objects in these photos for size reference, so this might just be part of ripster's collection submitted under false pretense.

While I was searching for desks a couple weeks ago I found a company that made pieces you could put together to make tons of different versions of everything from a formal dinning room table to small end table or even a basic work desk all from one "kit". I will see if I can find it again and post it up.

I don't think a lot of women would want giant lego in their living room :p I know mine wouldn't that's for sure :D

The lego furniture looks really shabby and just somehow.. not very nice. I'm sure one could come up with nicer stuff with Lego elements in it. Those keycap cups on the other hand are awesome! Although maybe they'd server better as soup bowls since there are no handles?
