Looks to be an airport check-in variant (http://www.clickykeyboards.com/index.cfm/fa/items.main/parentcat/9523/subcatid/0/id/102599)

It is in good condition, with little home use.
...but is absolutely filthy.

It doesn't look the seller has made ANY effort to clean it prior to listing. I don't expect eBay items to be in pristine condition, but for some reason people seem to think filthy keyboards is acceptable. But then again, they are more than happy to use a filthy keyboard everyday, so they maybe don't see anything wrong with it?

I see no problem with selling something filthy so long as the photos accurately represent that it is not clean.

Don't like it, don't buy it...seller is reducing the number of interested buyers by not cleaning it, but there will be buyers willing to clean it.
