Title: Hello from Boston!

Hi All,

So glad I found this site. I'm currently living in Boston and my main interests lean toward the older end of the spectrum. I do like the older style SA, DSA keycaps and recently purchased my first IBM Model F122. I've become fascinated with the older, heavy, large keyboards. I recently saw a video where the keyboard had a solenoid built into it to increase the sound. This is so perfect on so many levels to me and I felt strangely alive listening to it.

Having said that, my current list of keyboards is boring and is as follows:

WASD (Cherry MX Green) w/ Penumbra SA profile keycaps
WASD (Cherry MX Green) w/ Penumbra GMK profile keycaps (I use this at work)
WASD (Cherry MX Green) w/ Dolch DSA profile keycaps
IBM Model F122 (arrives this week!)

I am also interested in the various keycap mechanisms but when it comes to the actual purchase of a keyboard I do (currently) want them to be functional with modern computers as well.
