I feel like this is what the CIA would play on repeat to torture a confession out of me after a gentle water boarding session. I dunno, maybe my mind isn't in the right state of mind to appreciate this.

I'm a huge fan of bossa nova and tropicalia style jazz, so some of this is right up my alley. Now if only if I had some opium.

it's select cafe music .   the select part implies, someone EFFORT-ed.

I believe some of it is dj-arranged as well.
