Title: Best way to use an HHKB?
Post by: Warrenified on Sat, 08 June 2019, 16:46:14: Hey all, I'm a big fan of the HHKB. I've at one point owned four! I've tried almost everything including hi pro and different domes (except Sony BKE). What's our favorite way to use your's?

I'm currently using Hi pro, purple RF sliders and stock domes.

I do love my 55g RF! I tell people very often that if I left this hobby, it's the board I would leave with. And I have a few nice boards. It's a proper endgame candidate.

-Lubed RF Purple Silent Sliders
-55g RF Domes
-EnjoyPBT JP Topre 9009 (The texture on these caps is so good)
-Silenced Spacebar (I lube the stabs, put o rings on the underside of the cap and place larger bumpons underneath)

I've tried a few configs: Stock, Hypersphere'd+lube, Purple sliders + lube, SilentX rings, SilentX rings + BKE Light.
But my favourite so far is somehow: Hypersphere'd+lube+BKE Light. It's an odd combo that probably not many people will do these days because Hyperspheres themselves aren't that great anymore and they're expensive.

I'll be throwing on BKE Lights into my Purple slider HHKB soon.
