Title: Kailh Pro Burgundy
Post by: TeacherGeek on Sun, 16 June 2019, 14:29:52
I just got a tester switch from Kailh and am really like the Pro Burgundy, but obviously it's only one switch.

Has anyone had a good go with them and do you have some opinions?

I tested them once, they feel smooth and nice, but they are wobbly, a tad less than Gateron.
But, they travel a lot less, and the bottom-out feels terrible.

REMEMBER, THATS MY OPINION. YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY.

Appreciate your opinions! What do you mean the bottom-out feels terrible?

In my opinion, they feel slightly mushy, like silent reds, and kinda ”hollow” feeling, like there is nothing there. (Weird, I know, bu thats the best I can explain.)

If you want to get a stable and smooth linear, why not try Kailh BOX Red switches? Wobble is non-existent.

BUT!!!! That was a loose switch.
Mileage will WILDLY vary, a switch may feel terrible whilst being loose, but feel great once you solder it in, and vice versa.
But, they still wobble a LOT
