Title: How do I request for a username change?

Hi,

To keep it short, I am not really happy with my current username and would like to change it to something else.
Do I contact a moderator or is there somewhere I can apply for a username change?

Contacting a moderator, more specifically HoffmanMyster, would be the most appropriate thing to do.
