Got my first "legit" mechanical keyboard earlier this week and am absolutely loving it. Vortex Race 3 with MX Silvers. Got custom keycaps on the way as well.
Prior to this, was using a Corsair K70. It worked well but took up way too much space on the desk and was a bit of an eyesore.
Since this keyboard connects via a (flimsy) Micro USB, I've seen several people suggest using a magnetically connected cable. I bought one from Amazon and am really unsatisfied with how it looks (it just looks cheap and bulky). Anyone have suggestions on a really low-profile, 90-degree / Right angle magnetic Micro USB that doesn't look like cheap garbage? Scoured the internet and haven't really found anything suitable.

I'm a big fan of these magnetic cables. I use "NetDot 7th Generation Nylon ..." cables and they don't look cheap at all - at least the ones in all black. But I think they don't have angled versions.

I gave up looking for a magnetic cable after being disappointed with the one i got much like you were.
I instead got this off ebay or alibaba. Fast and simple to use, and keeps the keyboard port from being used up.
