Title: Any idea why I can't get above 4 layers in my Rama M6-A?

Using app.knops.io I can easily make a simple keymap with one key cycling through six layers, but I can't when using my local QMK environment on my PC. Here's the example code I'm using on my own, any ideas why it hangs and I'm stuck when I try to switch to the fifth layer using 'TO(4)'?
