I have a bunch of leftover Cherry Clear switches that I want to use on a build (and since it will be my first build, I will use what I already have at hand).
Compared to my current keyboard (Zilents) I find the Clears very wobbly - Are there any mods or hacks to improve this? I already plan to disassemble them to lube...

depending on age, switch films can help. your results may vary

Place these on the bottom housing before you close each switch after modding.

Switch films sound good, but the stem itself has a lot of wobble - any way to improve that?

Short of a different switch housing, there isn't much you can do.
Lubing all around the sliders will help at least with the *sound of* switch wobble.

There has also been the self-adhesive variety: "switch stickers", "sticker modding".
