A quick google search shows that they are Monterey winkeyless fullsize keyboards, that use a variety of ALPS switches. They may have different branding based on the reseller. The layout is a bit unfortunate, it uses a big-ass enter (i.e. backwards L shaped) with a single unit backspace, so that may put you off a bit. Finally, they use PS/2 interface, meaning that unless you have a legacy motherboard on your PC, you'd have to buy an adapter, which can be finicky.
They're not uncommon on ebay, and the prices are about $35-40 when cleaned and in good condition. I'd say give it a go if it's not too far, it would be cheaper and easier to have one shipped off of ebay than drive a hundred miles both ways. Or just go visit your godmother cause you love her :p
