I have a kinesis freestyle edge 2; my first pricey ergonomic keyboard, and to my dismay it doesn't let you press certain keys together; i e S+D means the left spacebar wont' work (but the right one will). I can't game because of this; none of my other keyboards have this problem. I'm trying to figure out whether this is intentional or not on behalf of Kinesis (I hope not, because that's an extremely shady business practice to try to get me to pay $300 for their "gaming keyboard").
Until then is there any way I can get around this, maybe with autohotkey? Perhaps if I'm able to switch the space bars with auto hotkey it might work, but I don't know how to do that. Thanks!

I didn't know they made an "Edge 2". I knew only of Freestyle2 which is a rubber dome keyboard, and "Freestyle Edge" and "Freestyle Edge RGB" which are mechanical keyboards.
Rubber dome keyboards do (typically) not have N-key rollover, but the keyboards in the Freestyle Edge series should. If your keyboard is in the Freestyle Edge series then it sounds as if there is something wrong with it. I would contact Kinesis support if I were you, and possibly have it RMA'd.
But I would advice you to be respectful in your communication, and not accuse them of "shady business practices".

My mistake, it's not an edge. It's a kinesis edge. Its a Kinesis freestyle 2. Anyway I am returning it, regardless of the reasoning paying over $100 for a keyboard that doesn't have basic key functionality is ridiculous.
