Hope you enjoy paying an average of 4-6x more for a product that performs exactly the same as it's non-Yeti counterparts. Idiot.

Basically the Apple of outdoors gear. Drastically overpriced, vastly overhyped, not at all in the slightest worth considering over something that costs five times less unless all you care about is impressing your vapid hipster friends with a stupid logo.

The products are fine, that's not the issue. It's what the brand represents, how they market and price, and how they present themselves. Directly aimed at the worst kind of people.

I feel exactly the same about Yeti as I do about brands like Supreme.

Maybe a year or two ago, I started seeing and hearing "Yeti this, and yeti that", and I never understood it. Who cares what brand your cooler is?

Their MOLLE Zinger accessory doesn't have an equal, cheaper counterpart (there is one other product I found that shares one part in common but lacks the other component which makes it more functional).

Found it for like 3x cheaper while digging around once, anyway. You can now sleep better with that knowledge.
