Hi,
I swapped cases for my Pok3r RGB and it just stopped working. It's a dual PCB RGB. The layer light I use is on. It shows as usb HID device in journalctl but pok3rtools doesn't list it and it doesn't register any keypresses.
The RGB layer does fall off a lot but the pins go into the plug ok for the two layers.
I'm a bit lost, it's not my only board but I will be a bit sorry if it's dead:(
Anyone faced a similar situation. I was thinking to flash it with poker_qmk but I guess if pok3rtools doesn't work then there is little chance of that.

Maybe something is shorting if your case is aluminium.No.its since I changed it to my Keyboardbelle 1984. I'm so unhappy about it
As soon as I pick it up it falls off. The connector pins are all ok and it lights up. Maybe something else is broke.Hi,

what do you mean the RGB layer falls off a lot?
Fixed!! The pcb connector plug had become too pushed up and the two PCs were not connecting. I pushed it down gently with a screwdriver each end now the RGB board stays in place and doesn't fall out. TLDR; The pins in the second RGB board were not in the plug until I pushed it down. Probably from too much case changing! Happiness returns!Show Image(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190820/8bd2959d4175ad65af24ab7a4c275333.jpg)

That’s pretty sweet with the rgbThanks. It does look great with /dev/tty but is a bit noisy in the office compared to them in an aluminium case. I might try lining the case with neoprene like my alu ones
