Title: GK61 software not working anymore

My GK61 just came in the mail and within hours of using it started, disconnecting and reconnecting every few second and now the software wont let me apply any keybind or change RGB kighting. Any suggestions are welcome thanks in advance.

Hmm.  Did you try a different cable?  Worth a try

I don’t have another usb-c right now but I can pick one up later, but i’m pretty sure it’s something I did when I was setting up an RGB profile

This same board is sold a few different places. I bought mine through the group buys posted here on geek hack. The vendor site is here with software downloads:

I believe you have to log in to see the page, which is silly.  But maybe try that version of the software.

I just had the same issue. I tried applying a light effect but the software crashed and now my gk61 connects and reconnects all the time and the software doesn’t recognize my keyboard. It’s been a while since you posted this but have you found out a solution?
