I work at a company that relies on its IP. I won't say which, but you've heard of it, your grandparents have heard of it, and your kids have heard of it. I'm an attorney for that company. Yes, having a license for IP is important to me and I haven't bought artisans where they clearly didn't have a license. Maybe protecting IP isn't important to your livelihood, but it is to mine.
Add in that this is their first GB, they had apparently massive security issues with their site, and people are totally justified being nervous about this.
I certainly hope the company you're working for is not pokemon.

It's best to take in as many orders as you can and then focus on those, do a great job producing them and earn a solid reputation as an artisan maker in the community. The alternative is taking in way too many orders, stretching yourselves thin, producing poor quality artisans or missing deadlines, and gaining a poor reputation within the community. As a new artisan maker, this is your first shot so make it count because reputation matters here. You've already had enough issues with the website to make alot of people nervous and anxious, and many have still decided to take a chance and buy from you (including myself) - don't make us regret putting some faith in you. That said, I look forward to receiving the artisans I ordered since I'm a huge fan of Pokemon.More questions:

I don't quite understand why IP is such a big concern all of the sudden. Of all the Disney, anime, Cartoon Network, and even other Pokemon keycaps to come before this, why are we only having this discussion now, in this thread?

New sales are meant to be coming 20th December as per website, but I think they maybe a little behind on this order so we'll see :)

As you can see on reddit and other platforms, people have been receiving their Pokemon ^^
Actually we have started shipping them out on Nov 28th but for such a big quantities of orders, it's been taking us days to ship them out (not to mention this is our first time so flaws happen T___T ). We hope you all understand that to make high quality keycaps for the first time & to ship all out might take more time than expected but we are doing our best!

I only got the shipping notification from their email only. They never update the paypal shipping status.
This is getting frustrating watching people physically get theirs and I have to write a email to get a update about the rest of the shipments when all they can say is to be patient. Hopefully in the future you will have emails/updates ready so people don't flood your emails trying to get a update.

Not sure about that guy, but I did ask about mine, via email, twice already. First time about a month ago, took them 5 days to respond, said not to worry, since "we're already shipping them", second email is not answered yet (sent about a day ago). You're zealously defending these guys, but when shipping for "some" happened long time ago and for "others" did not, it might make sense to start updating your buyers on the progress, not just pushing a deadline to an arbitrary future date and going dark again. For example, once a week there may be a post with updated "percentage shipped" and "order date currently being processed" or something along those lines.Hardly time for something like a PayPal dispute when multiple people have received their orders and they have publicly stated they will be shipping right up until the 28th.

Group buys are full of unknowns and it is hard to predict the future and prevent all the potential issues from happening, so delays are kind of understood and expected by the community. But the issues have to be clearly communicated and current status should be provided. That is also expected from well-run group buys.

They were quick to reply to both my emails and Facebook messages, and I will be taking part in the future gb's. My only advice to them is to ship out in order of order number. I sent the link to friends after my purchase and they both received them weeks ago, aka weeks before me - that was the only real saddening thing for me.

So sad to see them disappear before I even had a chance.According to the pictures on their site, it seems like they updated pikachu and jigglypuff again so that it's less derpy. So I managed to place my order happily hoping that's the result they're gonna provide. Still don't really like the green base change but as long as Pikachu isn't derpy, I can live with it.

I ordered the first three starters but I "forgot" to snipe these 5 new ones but atleast I got a Jigglypuff?

As you all know, the 2nd batch pokemon was just released yesterday, it brought us through many events like the website errors, the huge number of orders we received. We're just a small team with unmeasurable love with keycaps so the number either (both) surprises and scares us.
Like we've already noted, this is an FCFS sale so the early you pay your invoice, the more chance to get the (those) Pokémons without any errors. That's also mean by the time the sale is ended, no pending order is available to be paid.
We deeply apologize for this issue but because of the huge number of orders, we have no choice but shut the sale down to ensure its quality. About the website, we will upgrade it and make sure it won't crash due to the heavy traffic like yesterday.
Once again, sorry for the inconvenience and hope to see you again in our next drop!

Take a deep breath. You just have to be patient. There's been resin issues, and their standard of quality is pretty high, and I'm sure they have a large number of orders (given how successful word of mouth went around after their first run).
They've postponed their next groupbuy correspondingly until they can ship this last batch out, so they've been consistent on that front.
COVID19 has led to significant postponement of many areas in this hobby where you already got to have some patience.
If you don't want to buy anything again from them, that's your own prerogative/right, but I'm sure they'll continue to get plenty of buyers who will choose to wait regardless.
I for one, am kinda disappointed they went back to OG starters, but understand why. I was hoping they would continue with some new ones, like the legendary birds, OG final evolutions, Mew/Mewtwo, or even Eeveelutions.

I would assume you already had the first set and it is just the snorlax / jiggly that you recently received?
Cannot wait for your next opening, wish I would have seen these sooner. Not that you guys don't have enough on your plate, but I'd love to see a Mew or Mewtwo added to the store some day! Also I think the different pokeballs as well would be awesome! Keep up the great work!

Does anyone think they will be able to ship the last batch out on Aug 20th like they say on their website? I'm not holding my breath.My feeling is probably no but my guess is as good as anyone else's. I've received both my GB orders even though the second one took forever, at least I know they're trustworthy enough to fulfill their orders and have good QC.
