ah I've been out of the PHP game for a while :D I saw `Symfony \ Component \ HttpKernel \ Exception \ MethodNotAllowedHttpException`and assumed... but then I can also see `/var/www/virtual/s-craft.studio/htdocs/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Routing/RouteCollection.php` so you're right :D

Add in that this is their first GB, they had apparently massive security issues with their site, and people are totally justified being nervous about this.

I'll put my responses as below:
1) We will try our best to help you avoid taxes at custom
2) No they won't be stocked after the GB. Well that's what we plan for now
3) We were planning on having 2nd batch but for now we think we should stop receiving orders so we can focus on making them :) Or else, all orders will be delayed and it's not going to end well :(

I don't quite understand why IP is such a big concern all of the sudden. Of all the Disney, anime, Cartoon Network, and even other Pokemon keycaps to come before this, why are we only having this discussion now, in this thread?
Because the hobby has gotten bigger and new people have been introduced to it? And those people (*raises hand*) care about these things.
I'll also say that I wasn't around for Gengar or Koffing, but the folks here are going beyond the characters' names and are advertising them as Pokemon and using official Pokemon logos. Did Gengar or Koffing artisans do that?
Look, I was one of the people that originally asked about the license given that of all the companies you mention, Nintendo is probably the most litigious. And the artisan folks gave an honest answer ("we've reached out, not haven't heard back"). I, for myself, was going to forgo these, as cool as they are, because that's the right choice for me. I wasn't going to say anything other than my original ask about the license - if other people are ok with that, who am I to judge? Then the makers had the security issue with their website. I still didn't say anything because it didn't affect me.
But then someone chirped up asking why people were nervous all of a sudden so I felt it was appropriate to point out a) the makers didn't have a license b) this is the company's first GB and c) they had security issues. Any one of these is sufficient for me to be at least a little skeptical. Given that there are three red flags here, I spoke up to point that out. That's all.
I hope the GB goes well, nobody gets sued, everybody gets and loves their keycaps. Really, I do. But I think artisansin general need to be concerned about infringing IP as the hobby gets bigger and attracts more attention/scrutiny.

This is getting frustrating watching people physically get theirs and I have to write a email to get a update about the rest of the shipments when all they can say is to be patient. Hopefully in the future you will have emails/updates ready so people don't flood your emails trying to get a update.
We are so sorry for this shipping delay. Since we incidentally have an incident with product after we ship them out as our notification emails sent out a while ago. We are working hard to produce replacement asap.

The delay is due to errors happening when we tried speeding up making the keycaps, leaving a clear layer between the resin and the miniature (Pokemon) inside the keycap

They already stated they're reviewing and remaking the unshipped ones because there have been a few reports of receiving errors, in addition to shipping literally takes a lot of time. Hence why the pushed the date back.
I'm not defending them without a reason. I've emailed them 3-4 times asking for updates and general questions, and dmed them on instagram. Every single one was answered by them and they respond the fastest via instagram. Of course if I had bad customer service from them I would agree with you and take out my pitchfork. Some other GB runners won't even respond to your inquiries.
Wouldn't it be nice if the majority of GBs were as communicative as you described.

Here's some update about the first batch orders! As we said before, we sent out all of the orders. But due to the New Year holiday and the overload at the Post Office, the tracking email may not reach you until Jan 6th (at the latest, hopefully).

I was wary mine would ever ship, I was one of the first to order but hadn't had any notification - until the 26th :) I chose DHL so they got here on Monday, and I can say the quality is absolutely fantastic and well worth the wait!It's amazing! And thanks for your feedback, we'll learn from it!

Finally received my tracking number, but apparently "We wanted to let you know that your package will ship on 01/16/20 via First Class Package." - so it's kind of shipped but not really.
Actually we changed your normal delivery service to the Proxy Delivery Service to respond to the overloading at our local Post Office (it's almost Tet aka the biggest holiday in Vietnam, btw). Practically it has been shipped. Jan 16th is when your package reaching the USA, and it will be shipped to your house from then :D

I wonder how popular Jigglypuff will be? It's the only one I'm hesitant to also get despite liking the colour pink.
I reckon iconic Mewtwo/Mew, or having Gyarados be released with Magikarp would've made more sense.

I don't know what you'll release in the future, but personally I'd enjoy eventually collecting all the evolutions of the OG starters (it would make the nav cluster/numpad look sick). Alternatively the trio of legendary birds, and eevee evolutions will be fine too.

I think that would look great! Gym Badge in front with some sort of element landscape surrounding it / melding into the landscape of the badge next to it.

The other guy just mentioned it. I said it is a possible option. Their instagram posts have been completely scrapped and the facebook page has been deleted with no word if they got a C & D or why everything is scrapped. The website also hasn't worked for a couple days. We are just trying to find out an Update/exercising our options. 180 days on any possible chargeback so I am not charging back any time soon since there is plenty of time. (I Thought it was 90 days)
Try to click and go to those instagram posts. They no longer exist.
Just trying to see what is going on since they were supposed to ship soon/New set announcement in 4 days. I expected some delays and maybe an announcement but this is different.

COVID19 has led to significant postponement of many areas in this hobby where you already got to have some patience.
If you don't want to buy anything again from them, that's your own prerogative/right, but I'm sure they'll continue to get plenty of buyers who will choose to wait regardless.

It has been a long time to wait. However like mentioned this hobby is nothing but patience and waiting and quite often delays happen for many reasons. On top of the possible normal reasons we have Covid-19 screwing up a lot of things adding even worse of an environment to produce things in a timely manner.
I would be sad too about going back to the original starters (since I never got a set I am ecstatic!) However... I hope that it is purely because they are securing that deal with Nintendo for rights and it wont be a consistent thing. As well as because the first set went pretty unnoticed until people got their hands on them. Once pictures got posted everyone freaked out about how / where to get them. So on top of Securing the deal with Nintendo I see this as a 1 time (We know a lot of you missed out and didn't see us when we started... So here is your chance to secure that complete collection).
Going forward if they repeat... I would be pretty disappointed. Especially with how many Pokemon there are they should not ever need to back track.

They are officially licensed Pokemon products now. So they have 720 Pokemon and other items they can choose from and do now (with approval). But super excited for the future of the company. Definitely good news all around them becoming legit. That Mew and Mewtwo will most likely definitely happen IMO! :P
