Title: Leopold keycaps
Post by: Henrythewound on Sat, 12 October 2019, 22:06:00
I purchased a Leopold FC980C with the black on black keycaps and I'd like to have something more visible for a little while until I become a better touch typist. Some of the other Leopold topre boards have some dark grey caps and I would love to get my hands on a set of those. As far as I can tell there is no way to purchase these aside from getting lucky and finding someone selling a set on the secondary market. Another option is buying a set of HHKB keycaps from a place like 1upkeyboards but they don't have quite the style I am interested in. Is there any other source I am not aware of?

Thanks, I think 1up sells some options as well. I was hoping to get Leopold caps (like the color scheme and I think the quality is good) but it’s looking like these sets are the best available option.

be aware that KBDfans Topre key sets doesn't support the 1800 layout.

Appreciate that info. I think I am mainly looking to change up the alphas and some of the modifiers if I can.

Should be doable then  :)
