Title: Samsung S8 black screen / pause screen until you tap it

Hey there!

I have had trouble with apps and google and system settings in an attempt to make my Samsung S8 work phone dim (preferebly to 0% light, black screen) when not used for say, 30 or 60 seconds. To wake it, simply tap it.

It seems it always goes to a lock/home screen and I do not want this. Currently, I am using developer mode with dimming settings so it stays on 24/7, but I would like to see it dim to a total blackscreen.

Is this possible?

But if you turn off the screen, or if the screen auto turns off, the music pauses forever until you turn the screen back on again
