I've used Kinguin to buy numerous grey-market copies of Windows throughout the years. I've never once had a problem with them and it's saved me around $100 each time compared to purchasing an OEM version. The cost savings makes it perfectly okay for me.

They are better than purchasing.

I'd have vastly more respect for you if you simply pirated them.

I've seen entire small game dev studios have to close their doors because their games were very popular on the grey market and they couldn't make profits back.

The devs proclaim policing keys is not their job, then place that responsibility on the market place.

It just seems like, the process has to start with them selling keys in bulk in the first place without solid verification of the customer.

Grey-market is grey market, they're indifferent to legality. The game studio has to vet their big bundle customers.

For example, the bundle buyers need to have some list of references before making a big purchase..

It seems logical that the small studio has to take some responsibility for selling bulk keys to anyone who can pay.
