Title: Mechanical keyboards and internal memory? Lenovo Legion K500?

Hi all!
I really want to buy Lenovo Legion K500, so I want to ask, does this keyboard has internal memory for backlight and settings or they will be gone after cut off the power from it or transfer it to another rig.
And in general does all or at least most mechanical keyboards has internal memory?
