Title: a custom mechanical keyboard with volume knob?

was browsing through keyboards and came across this absolute BEAUTY that they call the "Satisfaction 75"

This would be my PERFECT keyboard.  i, for whatever reason, need a knob on my mechanical keyboard and this is the only model i came across that has one. does anyone know if there are other customs that have a knob on it? i'd prefer a 75% but i'm still open to others. the knob is the key component i want on my custom tho.
