SMK Blue Alps or SKCM Orange Alps

Definitely SKCM blues, SKCM oranges are still pretty easily gotten from AEKs & M0116s which were made in huge numbers & still are affordable compared to the boards that were made with SKCM blues. TBH though blues are still pretty easily found, they are just priced very high nowadays since they are considered to be one of the kings of clicky switches & it's hard to find ones in really good shape. The truly hard to find ALPS SKCM/L switches are SKCM Neon Greens (uber rare, only know to come in one or two boards that were produced in very low numbers) & SKCM browns (my personal fav) kinda the same deal as with the neon greens as the boards that contained them were made in fairly low numbers, although there were more boards that featured them than neon greens.

SMK Blue Alps or SKCM Orange Alps
Blue is more rare.
I think SKCM are even more rare. More solid click noise and very sharp tactility.

Just clarifying, do you meant SMK "Alps" blue or SKCM Blue? Cause the two are largely different switches.
Keep in mind vintage switch availability is somewhat determined by region as well, both SMK and SKCM Blue are more common on many Asian board/brand so they are somewhat easier to find in Asia, where as SKCM Orange are most commonly sourced from Apple board, hence they tend to be more common on western part of the world.
