I'm not listing it because its a bargain, just an interesting design. I am guessing the mouse buttons are under the left control there.

Could be, but I don't think the sliders are blue enough.  It looks like some kind of ALPS-compatible slider for a rubber dome.  I wonder what the fourth LED is for.  I should look again at the awesome pic the seller included.
