Title: [Solved]Does someone here speak Chinese?

So, I am planning to do an interest check soon for a keyboard that I have developed and I need a specific kind of silicon feet. The only supplieron Aliexpress with acceptable prices does ship them to every country in the world except Germany. I guess they have just missed a check box somewhere.
I tried contacting them but the contact person doesn’t speak English and everything goes through Google Translate. My requests are only met with confusion.
Does someone here speak Chinese and could write me a message that I could send to the Aliexrpress shop? Just asking if there is a reason why they don`t ship these to Germany and saying that if they shipped to Germany, I would order a larger quantity.

Is it so tough? Google translate for "can you send products to germany" is "您可以将产品发送到德国吗", which is perfectly good Chinese.

Part of the confusion seems to be that they think that they do ship to Germany. Only Aliexpress doesn't know that. So, I somehow have to make them understand to check their supported shipping destinations and put a checkmark on Germany. They even ship to Afghanistan so I think they just made an error.
They seem to use Alibaba Translate which I guess is worse than Google but for more complicated sentences I am not sure about Google either.
