Anyone know if this alu keycaps is the same as what webwit posted.

Its the production of Korea SF project.   4 kinds of metal keycaps.
cast-on outwell and surface disposal.  
suitable for Cherry kbds.   I bought a few, it feels cold for this summer.

I did not see metal keycaps for IBM.
it is good, but more expensive than the plastic keycaps,  
the transformer keycaps is mod by some Chinese users.

I would consider titanium a metal, so yes there are ;)

Yeah... tell me if and when you'll be making metal model M caps because I'd love some; more clatteryness.

If you want them for a long time and plan on actually using them you should get anodized ones.  Aluminum will oxidize if it's not ano'd and start turning your fingers black.  If you leave it long enough it will get rough and nasty looking.
You can ano them after sand blasting, satining, polishing or texturizing them.

yes, I do agree. it would be nasty if they were oxidized.
