Title: Help with keyboard selection for Dad
Post by: sanctions23 on Fri, 28 February 2020, 02:44:10
My Dad has been using a Razer Blackwidow Tournament X keyboard (https://www.razer.com/gaming-keyboards-keypads/razer-blackwidow-x-tournament-edition-chroma) for the past few years, and has really liked it.  A couple days ago he spilt coffee on it and bricked it.  He would like something of similar chassis design, with full back-lighting, and similar keys (so basically Cherry MX Blue).

I haven't had great luck finding something similar, and so am asking for help.  Thanks all in advance for your suggestions.

When RGB is required you can't go far wrong with a Ducky and this one (https://www.duckychannel.com.tw/en/Ducky-One2-RGB-TKL) comes with blues (that's not a recommendation for the seller just the first place I found it, not in stock anyway)  It has small bezels and a shallow wedge shape so hopefully that's a similar chassis?

This Corsair I think matches what you're looking for - https://popular.reviews/wireless-mechanical-keyboard/#1_CORSAIR_K63_CH-9145030-NA
Design-wise it should be pretty up to par for older folks who need a user-friendly keyboard to work with, something simplistic that doesn't go over their heads.
