Post by: DNLTLM on Mon, 02 March 2020, 11:39:31
Hey guys, someone know what format of my keycaps set will be accept by GMK, Signature plastic and other, and what render program or site you can reccomend for IC? I newbie in keycaps design and production, and I don’t know some tricks.

You might want to start by reading the info Signature Plastics makes available here (https://pimpmykeyboard.com/guides-old/).

GMK is more like give us them pantone colors for the legends and keys but minimal 250 quantities order we got you covered and you are behind the other 30 GMK sets that are in the wait list to be manufactured. If you use stock GMK colors 150 MOQ if i am right.

I am pretty sure GMK gives you a stock render if you give them the pantone colors. Like this one below. But pictures with keyboards can help a IC a lot. Also for rendering software you can best use Blender 3D if you don't want to pay big license prices . But if you never have done something with 3D software rendering i would just pay someone to do it.
