Yeah, this is Bill Gates' homage to IBM.

Actually, the seller says it's not blue. Weird...

THE BLUE COLOR OF THE TRACKBALL IS MISLEADING...THE WIFE SAYS IT IS MORE OF A GREY COLOR..BEING COLOR BLIND, I MUST TAKE HER WORD FOR IT. ...AGAIN, IT IS NOT BLUE IN COLOR. SORRY FOR THE MISLEADING PHOTOS.

And the trackball is missing.

I'm not sure if this is a good version of the microsoft trackball explorer... but... is it lavender?

lol This is a trackball optical, not a trackball explorer.  They are grey, not blue, probably just the lighting/camera.   These are probably the second best trackball ever made, but of the thumb control variety, instead of the index finger of the tbe.

You can replace the ball with a sanyo stream ball. They're the same size.

I bought one a  year or so  ago, and they weren't that expensive even shipped..  Got mine from benippon.

no, not really.  It's better probably than a logitech wireless one, but not by much.  The construction is really cheap, the dpi is really bad, and the trackball axis feels like it's off center.  You might be able to fix that last part at least with sakasa.  You're better off using the ball in a tbo. lol  It's not horribly expensive though, so.

It probably beats my old worn-out trackball.

Ack, gasp. *thunk*

Something old, better than something older? Why, welcome to the 20th century!
