Kustom =  A custom keyboard from South Korea. That is kinda broad you have the holy grail of OTD TKL keyboards that can go up to 10k grand.

If you are looking for a kustom TKL made from aluminum that is affordable well the cheapest out of all the kustoms go search around for a TX-87 on /mechmarket or classifieds. You can also wait for a GB to come every sun eclipse with 50 spots and 500 buyers fighting for a GB spot,Hope its also international and not a exclusive one for South Korea.

I hope you got deep pockets because people tend to flip Kustoms hard in this hobby.

To answer your actual question, you should probably look to starting off with a kit from KBDFans or something.

What's your budget?
Is this going to be your daily driver?
RGB required or just a preference?
Are you willing to assemble it?
Programmable required or just a preference?
Any other requirements typ-c, removable keyboard, wireless, etc...

Switches are one of the most important aspects, they are actually the least important in finding the right case, especially if you want Cherry since almost all offer that.

budget is 400-700
I am not able to assemble it
it is going to be a daily driver
programmable not required
no other requirments

looking for pretty much switches a pcb and a metal case

I suppose the only thing I would want would be leds on the cherry switches

The bold item is pretty much going to screw you from something really high end or rare.
I also wouldn't recommend something ultra rare as your daily driver anyhow, if something goes wrong you could have trouble getting it fixed.

I would take a look at KBDfans (https://kbdfans.com/) as they can assemble it for you, it's probably the best custom you're going to get unless you go used.

thank you for the info and the links.
I theoretically am able to. I know how to solder pcbs and i'm sure I could with a keyboard pcb. but just at my living situation I don't have any space to work like that at the minute. fumigation..etc.

thank you thank you for the link!

I love KBDfans.com, are there any other websites like it? or any other good keyboard websites I should know or you would recommend?

The other thing to do would be to keep an eye on mech market. Find a board you like and look for people who have already built one and are selling it.
