Hello fellow enthusiast! I was just pondering about the style of tactile switch I wanted to use for my next build and remembered the existence of MOD switches. I was wondering how they hold up today compared to the Tactile Tyrants of the Holy Royal Zeal variety. I know that they don't have as big a bump, but are they an option to be considered in the current era?

I still like MOD-Ms quite a bit -- I actually prefer their not-so-harsh bump relative to HPs/Zealio v2s

Same here, they're one of the only MX tactile switches that have a tactility in the middle ground nowadays. I got a batch of Ms & Ls I've been holding onto for the right project because of that TBH!

That's good to know! A couple of other quick questions tho:
1. Do they work with TX Films?
2. Should I swap the springs?
I'm only asking because I have films and have thought about spring swapping before. I'm excited to get that kind of mod experience considering my minimal opportunity when it comes to keebs.

I can't seem to find mod switches anywhere except wasdkeyboards

I bought some last week from Novelkeys. I still like my other board that has them and plan to use them in another build.
